As stated by Bob, you haven't actually done anything with the PDF object you declare. Have you tried to do anything or are you expecting someone to write it for you?

Have a look at link for examples of using FPDF in VB6. The page is in Spanish, but google chrome translates it well to English. Once you've had a go, post back what code you have and what issues you're experiencing then somebody might offer to assist you, but I must admit, marking down one of the guys who brings vast experience to the forum, isn't a good way to start, especially when his comment was a valid one. For example, you're creating a new pdf object every time you press a key, and also a new excel.application object every time you press a key. Oh, and three other variables as well. So, then you check for the Enter key, after which you populate your Excel spreadsheet.
